Job Description
Mapping end-to-end business processes and identifying opportunities for automation.
Enabling streamlining of processes through automation using macros
Ability to perform the full analytics cycle (Understanding the problem, collecting & identifying data relevant to the problem, preparation the data for analysis, obtaining insights, building dashboard & visualization models)
Support business case building
Identifies, proposes, and influences business solutions
Understands and applies the discipline of business process management.
Supports planning and prioritization of process engineering
Works with all levels of staff and management to address concerns and resolve issues
Essential Requirements
You have a Degree in Statistical or any related field
Proven experience & capabilities in programming language i.e. C#, Java, .NET, C++, Analytical tools i.e. R, Python, SQL, Power BI
Experience in project management
Proficiencies: Problem Solving, Business Analysis, Teamwork - works well with culturally and geographically diverse teams, Communication and Project Management
